Amy Weber
Holder Properties is pleased to announce the hiring of Amy Weber as Development Manager. Amy is responsible for overseeing all facets of the development process with the focus on projects in the Charleston region.
She directs the planning, design, permitting, construction and delivery of our developments as well as managing the budget, schedule and quality control process. Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture and a master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Maryland.
She is also a WELL Accredited Professional and a LEED Green Associate.
