Charleston, SC – Hussey Gay Bell is pleased to announce the hire of Mr. Les Phillips, EIT as a Civil Design Engineer. Les joins our Charleston Civil Division with 15-plus years of civil engineering, local/state permitting and public involvement experience on multi-family, mixed-use and industrial developments in addition to natural gas utility systems design. In addition to design, he has project management experience overseeing site design, estimating and coordinating budget and scheduling needs for clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from The Citadel and studied at the College of Charleston.
