United Community Mortgage Services is pleased to welcome Jim Hanrahan as a Mortgage Loan Originator. In this new role, Hanrahan will guide clients in Dorchester, Berkeley and Charleston counties through the homeownership process.

Hanrahan has worked for over twenty-five years in the mortgage industry. He has experience in all aspects of the business, from processing to underwriting, and previously served as a Regional Sales Manager for a national top ten lender. In addition to his unique understanding of the mortgage process for first-time homebuyers, Hanrahan and is well versed in underwriting guidelines for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA loans.
