JLL Continues Management with Recent Ownership Change

Charleston, SC – Citadel Mall announces that Singerman Real Estate, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, has assumed full ownership over the retail center in Charleston, South Carolina. JLL has managed the center since February 2017 and will continue to serve as the management company moving forward.

Citadel Mall caters to the local community with its multitude of unique offerings at a prime West Ashley location. Beyond retail, the center features the 126,000 square foot MUSC West Ashley Medical Pavilion, a state-of-the-art facility serving the healthcare needs of the community. This MUSC facility houses primary care and several specialty care clinics including its new Breast Health Center. The mall property is also home to large-scale film production space.

Citadel Mall is open daily and will continue serving the greater Charleston area. The property offers flexible leasing opportunities in this growing market, and we look forward to new and exciting activity to come with the support of new ownership.

Citadel Mall is located at I-526 and HWY 7 in West Ashley. The shopping center features over 60 stores including Belk, Dillard’s and Target.
