Charleston, SC – Sequence Real Estate LLC is pleased to announce the affiliation of Justin Ross as its new Sales Associate. In this role, Justin will provide brokerage services for some of the region’s most prominent properties and tenants throughout the Charleston market and Southeast region. Additionally, Justin will provide private and institutional owners leasing and consulting services on properties and groundup development, with a focus on commercial (office and retail), multi-family housing, industrial and hospitality properties.
For the past decade, Justin has developed, owned and operated two restaurants in the Navy Yard neighborhood of Washington DC. When the Washington Nationals broke ground on their new stadium nearby, Justin had the foresight to realize the economic impact it would have and became the first business to open. Ten years later, the Navy Yard is the most densely populated neighborhood in Washington, DC. With two self-sustaining businesses in Washington, Justin’s experiences and successes on the real estate and development side of the restaurant industry have forged the path for his new career path with Sequence Real Estate.
