Knowledge Capital Group is pleased to announce the promotion of two members of their team - Chrissie Hamilton to Manager and Misty Antonacci to Consultant.
Tony Powell, Managing Director, shared the following thoughts on the year and promotions: “after 15 years of leading KCG, I’d have to say 2021 was one of the most invigorating and inspiring. I was so pleased to see our clients’ doubling down on key strategies that were put on hold during 2020 and continuing to seek our assistance and value our input.” Powell continued, “At the same time, the team grew and matured and embraced the hybrid work model…even developing a few innovative ways to collaborate on client projects and maintain team unity. Two long-time members of the team help lead our success. I am so proud of their accomplishments and am thrilled to announce their promotions.”
Hamilton joined KCG in August of 2018 after earning her MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. During her tenure, Hamilton has taken part in some
notable projects, including the redesign of a health system’s clinical delivery construct. In her new role as Manager, Hamilton will now be asked to lead KCG’s staff engagement as well as serve as the principal on large health system strategy engagement.
Antonacci graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College at the College of Charleston with a B.S. in Mathematics and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. She has been part of the KCG team since 2019 and has played a vital role in the firm’s success through providing valuable Fin/Ops management and key client support. In her new role as a Consultant, Antonacci will take on more client facing work and help lead the firm’s analytics and informatics efforts.
