The pub-style bar is the last of seven dining establishments to open in conjunction with the airport’s terminal redevelopment. The Sam Adams bar and grill joins DeSano Pizza Bakery, Burger King, Caviar & Bananas, Jack Nicklaus Golden Bear Grill, Harvest & Grounds Café and Bakery and Charleston Beer Works as dining concessions.
“The last piece to the puzzle is finally complete, said Greg Leonard, general manager of Delaware North Co., the airport’s dining concessionaire.
“We are proud to partner with Sam Adams and add a great beer and wine bar to Concourse B,” Leonard said. “We are also thankful to the Aviation Authority for allowing us to be a part of this special community in Charleston.”
Delaware North Co. has provided dining concessions at CHS since May 2014. DNC’s start at CHS began just as the now complete terminal redevelopment got under way. DNC provided both temporary concessions during construction and developed and opened all new concessions for the nearly four million people who fly in and out of Charleston International each year.

Campbell Jr., executive director and CEO the Charleston County Aviation Authority. “We’re proud to have them as partners and are excited about the great food and drink options they provide our passengers.”
DNC at CHS intentionally mixed national brands like Burger King with local favorites like DeSano Pizza Bakery, Caviar & Bananas (serving Charleston’s King Bean Coffee Roasters products) and Charleston Beer Works to provide passengers with regional fare as well as a selection of local craft beers from Charleston breweries.
