The building’s renovation has been well-received in the market, leading to the recent leasing of a 20,387 SF tenant, along with CRANSTON and Q4Launch, bringing the total leased to over 70,000 SF.
CRANSTON, a firm known for its civil and structural engineering, landscape architecture, planning, and surveying expertise, has made Marshside the firm’s Charleston office. From its space on the first floor, the CRANSTON team enjoys direct views of Beresford Creek and the surrounding marshes.

Q4Launch, a Charleston-based digital hospitality marketing company, recently moved into 4,000 SF at Marshside. Recognized as a growing leader in the hospitality marketing space, Q4Launch is relocating to Daniel Island from its current office in Mt. Pleasant.
