Lee & Associates Announces Gordon Geer as Agent of the Quarter

Charleston, South Carolina—August 1, 2018—The Charleston office of Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial brokerage firms in the nation, is proud to recognize Gordon Geer as Agent of the Quarter. Geer is being honored for his hard work and total transaction value during the second quarter of 2018.

Amongst his other successful closings, Geer completed his largest deal—the sale of the Palmetto Row Subdivision, consisting of 6 acres for $3,060,000. Alongside a strong transaction record, Geer has an impressive background in many facets of the development process including public sector planning for the Town of Mt. Pleasant and a decade of experience as the divisional Director of Land for Centex Homes. He is proficient in a variety of property types: multifamily, retail, tenant/landlord rep, raw land, developed lots, office buildings, and industrial properties. Geer has also been a court-appointed receiver on several large-scale projects. Geer currently sits on the City of Charleston Planning Commission as Chairman.

After 25 years and counting in commercial real estate, Geer is known for his special asset/REO management and for co-founding the Distressed Real Estate Asset division of the Lee & Associates Charleston office in 2009.
