Rick Wheeler, Executive Director of Asset Management Services at Life Cycle Engineering, will present a session at the Institute of Asset Management’s 2019 North American Conference in Chicago, IL.
The session, titled “The Role of Organizational Change Management in Asset Management”, will take place on Wednesday, October 2 at 10:30 AM.
During the presentation, Rick will explain why the ISO 55000 standard and IAM have recognized the importance of organizational change management.
“I believe this topic is especially important,” says Wheeler. “When organizations don’t use effective change management strategies, they often don’t see the results they expected from creating an asset management system.”
