GEL Engineering, LLC is pleased to announce that Lisa Manning, P.E. has joined the firm as a Senior Engineer. As a member of GEL’s Permitting and Compliance Group, she will assist clients with industrial air and stormwater permitting.
Lisa Manning, P.E. Joins GEL Engineering, LLC
Ms. Manning brings over sixteen years of experience in environmental permitting and regulatory compliance to the firm. Her experience includes air, stormwater, Toxic Release Inventory, Tier II, groundwater, and hazardous waste reporting and consulting. She also prepares Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC) and conducts emissions inventories.
Ms. Manning holds a Master of Science degree in Marine Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering from North Carolina State University. She is a Licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina and South Carolina.
