Trey Sedalik, MAI with Prospect Real Estate Partners was elected as the incoming president of the South Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Jody Bishop, MAI swore the new officers in at the Chapter’s Fall Meeting held at the Charleston Harbor Resort. Sedalik presented the President’s Plaque to Sarah Guthrie, MAI of Greenville for her leadership as the 2021 president.
Trey earned the MAI designation in 2011 and has over 20 years of both residential and commercial real estate experience. Trey will serve a one-year term representing the South Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
