As the year comes to an end, set your sights on better marketing in 2020. Get ready to grow your business through clear marketing messages, streamlined social media and an effective marketing strategy. Join three Charleston marketing professionals; Holly Henry Fisher of Fisher-Creative, Amanda Bunting Comen, of Social ABCs, and Melissa Nelson, of Nelson Strategic Marketing; for a half-day program where attendees will receive practical tips, advice and tools to make smart marketing decisions as you head into 2020. The workshop will take place on Nov. 7 from 8 a.m. to noon at Hyatt Place Mount Pleasant Towne Centre (1600 Palmetto Grande Drive, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464). Tickets required.

She'll review the StoryBrand marketing framework and how you can use it to create website copy, social media content and marketing materials that will generate leads and new customers.
9:40-10:40 a.m. Amanda Bunting Comen, of Social ABCs, will share best practices to maximize views, engagement and grow your business on social media. She'll share her top tips and the most underutilized features for Facebook and Instagram.
10:50-11:45 a.m. Melissa Nelson, of Nelson Strategic Marketing, has nearly 20 years of marketing and communication experience from government, public, technology, and not-for-profit sectors. She will share her top 10 strategies in an effective marketing plan. Attendees will leave with ideas ready to implement in their 2020 planning.
11:45 a.m. to noon: Q&A wrap up
