In response to repeated requests from CEOs, Presidents and business owners who participate in Vistage 'Mastermind' groups across the US, the curriculum was designed to accelerate the growth of top-performing managers and individual contributors into well-rounded business leaders equipped to execute on high-level, cross-disciplinary initiatives and lead teams effectively.
Unlike other leadership programs that squeeze material into a few back-to-back days and leave implementation at risk, Vistage emerging leaders focus on one topic over each 60-day period of the program to encourage mastery. Participants will be challenged to expand their impact on -- and advance their careers within -- your company, rather than seek outside opportunities.
Beginning in mid-January, sessions will meet locally for a full day every other month. Topic experts from Vistage will conduct workshops on leadership competencies, including Critical Thinking & Decision-Making, Self-Awareness, Execution, Communication, Performance Management, Team Management and Business Finance.
