LowCountry Women’s Specialists Welcomes Dr. Hunter Smith
CHARLESTON, SC - LowCountry Women’s Specialists welcomes Charleston-native, Dr. Hunter A. Smith to their OB/GYN practice. Dr. Smith provides comprehensive OB/GYN services, including routine wellness visits and high-risk pregnancy management, in both the Summerville and North Charleston offices beginning August 2018.
Dr. Smith is a graduate of Wofford College and the University of South Carolina Medical school. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at West Virginia University Medicine. His professional strengths include Da Vinci Robotic Laparoscopy and High Risk Obstetrics and he is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Smith and his wife Hannah Kelly Smith enjoy traveling, playing trivia and outdoor sports, and he also enjoys playing the guitar, singing and reading.
LowCountry Women’s Specialists is a privately-run, independently-owned group of board-certified physicians. Having served the location for over 26 years, LowCountry Women’s Specialists welcomes Dr. Smith as they continue to expand their independently-owned practice to serve the growing population of the Tri-county area. In addition to their offices in North Charleston and Summerville, a third location is slated to open in 2019.
