We believe his strong leadership experience will tremendously help increase Lutes Property Services’ capabilities, revenue, and profitability through continued focus on process development, a first-class customer experience, and consistent project delivery.”
Over the past 12 years as founder and president of Lutes Property Services, Lutes has successfully expanded their service offerings from basic maintenance and repair to turn-key imaging and Nuclear Medicine replacements, as well as hospital unit renovation and ground-up building construction. Since that time, he has significantly grown annual revenues at Lutes Property Services and guided them to become a regional leader in Facility Maintenance, Building Services, and Infection Control.
Steele received a BS Degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel as recipient of The Star of the West Scholarship, and an MS in Structural Engineering and Materials from Virginia Tech. He lives with his wife, Laura, and two children in Summerville, SC. He has served on The Local American Society of Civil Engineers Executive Board including the position of President.
