Mason Prep Students Raise $11,055 for the American Heart Association

Each year, Mason Prep School recognizes American Heart Month by participating in the American Heart Association’s Kids Heart Challenge. Students complete fitness challenges, learn about how exercise and a healthy diet play an important role in heart health, and raise money for the AHA. Mason Prep students raised a total of $11,055, blowing away their goal of $8,500.

Said Head of School Jennifer Baker of the result, “The Kids Heart Challenge aligns with the lessons we teach our students every day at Mason Prep. It not only helps establish life-long healthy habits, but also provides a way for our students and families to help our community by supporting the vital work of the American Heart Association. We could not be prouder of our students for their hard work raising money for this amazing cause.”
