MONCKS CORNER, South Carolina – The Garden of Yoni is pleased to announce the opening of its first retail store location, THE HIVE in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. While other stores are closing in the midst of this pandemic, a retail store in Moncks Corner is opening. The Hive specializes in providing all-natural body care products and other items for men, women and children. They feature natural products lines made by local black-owned businesses. The Hive will open to the public on August 14, 2020.
In addition to opening this retail store, Kratina Covington is the owner of Garden of Yoni, a yoni steam practitioner and a SMC Certified Doula. She offers vaginal/yoni steams and prenatal and postnatal doula care for women, teenagers and young girls. As a believer of holistic health, she has faith in nature and natural products and the positive impacts that they have on the body. Initially, she sold her hand-blended herbs, teas and other items on her website. “I wanted to offer retail products for Garden of Yoni in a store, then I thought there must be other small business owners who want to do the same.” says Kratina.
The Hive will include products from the Garden of Yoni, Art 2 Beauty Boutique, Bee Natural, Alonica & Co, Crown 2 Heel Essentials, Jazzy Jewelz, Bee Natural Oils, The Ryan Timothy Collection, Essentially Her LLC and Murphys Love. Our comprehensive product range includes but is not limited to body care products, haircare, candles, and bath care.
“In times like these, people still need quality, natural products. Sometimes customers don’t want to wait days for a shipment or products to come in the mail, they can just come to The Hive.” says The Hive’s visionary. Great customer care has always been the focus of the Garden of Yoni; it will extend to the retail store. The Hive’s employees are professional and courteous and will be on hand to help customers choose products that meet their individual needs.
The Hive retail store will officially open on Friday, August 14, 2020 with a 10:00am Ribbon Cutting. The Hive is located at 227 First Street, Suite 202, Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
