Buxton & Collie, LLC is pleased to announce that Nathan Johnson has been accepted into the 2019 class of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Charleston program. This is the 45th annual year for this highly sought after professional development opportunity, which encourages community leaders like Nate to work towards the positive growth and advancement of our region.
Nate’s legal practice focuses on business transactions and corporate governance. He has advised a range of businesses, from local start-ups to established international companies. Earlier this year, he was one of the few attorneys invited to attend the 10th CTeL Executive Telehealth Summit in Washington, D.C. where he discussed legal issues surrounding the use of emerging technologies related to medical care. In addition, Nate is a co-author of the new SC Bar publication, South Carolina Business Law Handbook.
Nate’s community activities include volunteer work with the Charleston Charitable Foundation and serving as a Board Member for the Foundation. He is also active in many charitable events through the South Carolina Bar and Clemson University.
