April 25, 2017 - Charleston, SC - The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) is proud to announce that Nell Postell of Carolina One Real Estate is a Golden “R” Level Investor in the Realtors® Political Action Committee (RPAC). RPAC is a national bipartisan grassroots-based political advocacy organization that works to protect the real estate industry and the dream of home ownership for South Carolina residents and across the country. Golden “R” status is achieved with an initial contribution of $5,000 and an annual contribution of $2,000.
Postell, a member of NAR since 1978 will also be inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame at the Realtors® Legislative Meetings and Trade Expo in May for her aggregate lifetime investment of more than $25,000.
Nell Postell, a dedicated supporter of the Local, State and National Associations of Realtors®, has been affiliated with Carolina One Real Estate since 1978. Locally, she served on the Trident Association of Realtors® (CTAR) Board of Directors from 1988 to 2001 and as President in 2006. In 1990 Postell was named the CTAR Realtor® of the Year. Statewide, she served on the South Carolina Association of Realtors® (SCR) Board of Directors from 1989 to 1996 and as President in 2002. In 2012, Postell was named SCR Realtor® of the Year. Nationally, she served on the Board of Directors of NAR for 6 years, as well as on numerous education, housing and membership committees.
