SunCap Property Group’s North Charleston Industrial Facility Lands New Tenant
NORTH CHARLESTON, SC --- Nice Commerce has signed a lease for approximately 38,333 square feet in Palmetto Trade Center at 7791 Palmetto Commerce Boulevard in Palmetto Commerce Park.
Nice Commerce’s space will be ready for occupancy in October 2020. David Ingle and Thomas Boulware, principals at NAI Charleston, represented Nice Commerce while Bob Barrineau and Brendan Redeyoff with CBRE represented the Landlord, SunCap Property Group.

102,000 square feet is still available in Building I. Bob Barrineau and Brendan Redeyoff with CBRE’s Charleston office are handling leasing on the project. The remaining space is divisible to allow for tenants as small as 20,000 square feet. McMillan Pazdan Smith was the project architect and Evans General Contractors handled the construction.
This is SunCap’s third project in the Charleston area since the company’s inception in 2009. SunCap developed a 255,000-square-foot distribution center off of Palmetto Commerce Parkway in the Ingleside community and co-developed North Pointe Business Campus Building One with WestRock Land and Development. Other South Carolina projects developed by SunCap include a 230,000-square-foot manufacturing facility for Magna Seating in Moore, SC and a 254,000-square-foot distribution center in Spartanburg, SC.
