Phillips Edison & Company Appoints James Bold as Regional Vice President of Leasing, Southeast

CINCINNATI – JULY 9, 2018 – Phillips Edison & Company (“Phillips Edison” or the “Company”), announced today the appointment of James Bold as Regional Vice President of Leasing, Southeast.

Prior to joining Phillips Edison, Mr. Bold spent 14 years with DDR Corp, most recently as Senior Vice President of Leasing, and 8 years with Regency Centers in leasing and property management.

Mr. Bold is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Washington State University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
