CHARLESTON (September 17, 2018) - Queen Street Hospitality, the restaurant group behind lowcountry favorites 82 Queen, Lowcountry Bistro and Swig & Swine, will donate $1 of every entree sold at each restaurant to Hurricane Florence relief efforts in North Carolina.
Beginning today through Friday, September 21st, 82 Queen, Lowcountry Bistro and Swig & Swine's West Ashley and Mount Pleasant locations will donate $1 from every entree sold to Operation BBQ Relief, a disaster relief group that provides meals to displaced residents and emergency personnel during times of natural and other disasters, to help those affected by Hurricane Florence.
"We were extremely fortunate to have been spared by Hurricane Florence, but our neighbors in North Carolina were not so lucky," Queen Street Hospitality CEO Jonathan Kish said. "Living in Charleston we know firsthand what it's like to rebuild after a devastating storm, and that's why we want to do our part to help those in coastal North Carolina affected by the hurricane," Kish added.
