Catalano will specialize in coastal residential sales and investment properties. Catalano spent most of her career in Cape Cod, MA, where she excelled in sales and marketing at the award-winning Chatham Bars Inn, often referred to as Cape Cod's "most beautiful address." A talented sailor, Catalano's longstanding participation in yacht racing propelled her to new markets around the country, expanding her network and informing her unique perspective.
Catalano plunged into real estate in 2009 and was named her brokerage's rookie of the year. To better serve her clients, she pursued experience in vacation rentals and investment properties, achieving both success and a sharp eye for strategy.
