The Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce (MPCC) and the Town of Mount Pleasant have joined forces once again to encourage residents to support local health and wellness establishments. The campaign runs through the month of March. Getting fit locally supports the health and wellness establishments that are owned and operated by your friends, neighbors and family members and keeps dollars in our local economy.
“The Town of Mount Pleasant prioritizes good health and well-being and encourages citizens to #GetFitWhereYouLive. The Town is proud to, once again, partner with the Mount Pleasant Chamber of Commerce on this initiative and we support those businesses who help us to achieve our wellness goals,” stated Mayor Will Haynie.
At the end of the campaign, the Chamber will give away a final prize package comprising participating businesses valued at over $700 to one lucky winner that posts a photo of his or her fitness experience at a participating Mount Pleasant establishment on Instagram or Facebook and follows the instructions on how to enter. Another way to enter to win is by joining the MPCC Cooper River Bridge Run Team. Make sure to search for the MPCC team when registering.
