(NASDAQ: SFBS), recently announced the addition of four seasoned, local bankers, Steve Humphreys, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking, Brian Michel, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking, Kurt Seguer, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking, and Christy Chumney, Assistant Relationship Manager, for ServisFirst Bank’s Charleston market.

Steve Humphreys, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking
Steve Humphreys joins ServisFirst Bank with over 29 years of banking experience, most of which has been concentrated in commercial and construction lending. Previously, Humphreys served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking with South Atlantic Bank. Humphreys received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Denison University.
Brian Michel, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking
Brian Michel joins ServisFirst Bank with over 21 years of banking and commercial lending experience. Most recently, Michel served as Senior Vice President Commercial Lender at South Atlantic Bank.
Michel graduated from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. Currently, Michel serves on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry.
Kurt Seguer, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking
Kurt Seguer joins ServisFirst Bank with over 20 years in the financial services industry with 15 years in commercial banking. Most recently, Seguer held the title of Senior Vice President, City Executive in commercial banking with South Atlantic Bank.
Seguer received a Bachelor of Science degree in writing and communications from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University. Seguer is a graduate of the South Carolina Bankers School, as well as the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
Christy Chumney, Assistant Relationship Manager
Christy Chumney joins ServisFirst Bank with over 20 years of banking experience, most recently serving 6 years at South Atlantic Bank as a loan assistant. Chumney received a Bachelor of Science degree in business with a finance concentration from the University of South Carolina.
