Sharbell Nexton LLC Announces Atelier Downtown Nexton

CHARLESTON, SC – Sharbell Nexton, LLC (Sharbell) announced today plans for Atelier Downtown Nexton, an office/commercial condominium project in Downtown Nexton, the urban-inspired mixed-use community serving the growing number of residents in Nexton and the rapidly growing surrounding region.

Located on 7.41 acres along Brighton Park Boulevard within the Downtown Nexton community, Atelier Downtown Nexton will include multiple two-story buildings each ranging in size from 9,000 or 18,000 square feet with office, service and commercial space for sale or lease in a campus-like setting. The project will also feature ample parking for quick and convenient access.

“The design for Atelier Downtown Nexton was inspired by a modern think tank environment with common green spaces and connectivity to the surrounding community. Businesses ranging from small entrepreneurs to larger commercial, medical and service organizations will have their needs met and surpassed with this modern design,” said president of Sharbell Nexton, LLC., Thomas Troy. “Ultimately, Atelier Downtown Nexton is where work happens, creativity thrives and people want to be.”

The Atelier Downtown Nexton is anticipated to break ground later this year. Upon completion of the first phase in 2024, Atelier Downtown Nexton will offer office space for sale or lease from 2,500 square feet up to 18,000 square feet. With trails connecting each of the two-story buildings, Atelier will be the newest addition within the livable and workable environment of Downtown Nexton.
