ShiftHR Celebrates 10 Years in Business on June 30, 2019


ShiftHR, a provider of human resources services for small to midsize companies, is celebrating ten years in business on June 30, 2019.

ShiftHR was launched in 2009 by owner and founder, Pat Eardley, and is focused on providing policies and operating procedures, compliance training, and outsourcing services to small to midsize companies. Since its inception, ShiftHR has become one of the most trusted local human resources service providers with a reputation for strong ethics and industry knowledge.

Over the past ten years, the team at ShiftHR has worked with a variety of local companies ranging from home builders to retailers to churches. The company works with its clients in assessing their human capital needs, managing employee relations, and creating HR management processes. The company’s most recent product is a portal which provides cost-effective human resources solutions for small businesses.

Pat Eardley is the owner and founder of ShiftHR. She has served on multiple boards and committees in the Charleston area, and was recently chosen as 1 of 34 members selected out of 275 candidates to be on the Planning Forum of the 2018 Comprehensive Plan for Mount Pleasant.
