Structures Building Company was awarded the 2018 PRISM Award for Customer Service at the Charleston Home Builders Association (CHBA) Awards Ceremony on November 2. This marks the 12th time CHBA has recognized Structures for outstanding customer service since the building company’s founding 19 years ago.
The PRISM Awards began in 1988 to recognize excellence in custom home building in the Charleston area. Each year, the ceremony honors custom builders, remodelers, contractors, and home sales representatives for outstanding work in the housing industry. The PRISM Awards also recognize outstanding marketing and promotion of new homes.
Structures takes pride in building to the highest standard in the industry, but considers its strong relationships with its customers to be its crowning achievement. “The Customer Service PRISM award is always the most important one to us,” says owner Steve Kendrick. “because it comes directly from the feedback of our clients.”
Structures Building Company is a custom builder with an unparalleled reputation for quality and client satisfaction. Structures began building homes in I’On Village in Mount Pleasant in 1999, and has since branched out all over the Charleston area, including Daniel Island, Carolina Park, the Old Village, James Island, and Sullivan’s Island.
