The Beach Company Announces New Hires and Promotions

The Beach Company is pleased to announce one promotion and one new hire to its Charleston, S.C. headquarters:

Tyler Cooper has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer of The Beach Company. With over 15 years of financial experience, Cooper has been with The Beach Company for two years, where he previously served as Vice President of Finance. Cooper earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston and his master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University.

“During Tyler’s tenure as The Beach Company Vice President of Finance, business acumen and staff engagement featured highly in his success. The combination of his experience, relationships, and leadership make him an ideal fit for The Beach Company’s next stages of growth,” said The Beach Company CEO John Darby.

Louie Soffner joins The Beach Company team as Investor Relations Manager. In this role, Soffner manages investor relations for The Beach Company, interacting with asset management and a recently launched acquisition fund. Prior to joining The Beach Company, Soffner served as a corporate investment accountant on Greystar’s domestic discretionary funds team. Soffner previously worked for two years within The Beach Company property management division. Soffner earned his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Indiana University.

His strong, winning attitude and personality are assets that will complement and enhance our partner relationships as we continue to provide innovative products to the marketplace,” said The Beach Company CEO John Darby.
