announce that it has welcomed Matthew Gabos as Director of Food and Beverage.

In this role, Gabos assumes full operational responsibility for all front-of-house food and beverage operations for the Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond oceanfront hotel.
Gabos brings more than twenty years of valuable leadership experience to The Sanctuary.

He developed his skills as a director while working at several notable luxury properties in California, including Auberge Resorts, Ojai Valley Inn & Spa, The Grand Del Mar Resort & Spa, The Lodge at Pebble Beach and The St. Regis Monarch Beach.

The food and beverage team at The Sanctuary welcomes Gabos’ reputation as a high-energy and solutions-based visionary leader.
