With summer in full effect in Charleston, The Restoration Hotel’s rooftop bar and kitchen, The Watch, has just rolled out a new cocktails to-go menu perfect to beat the heat and enjoy some of your favorite lively libations from the comfort of your own home. Created and curated by award-winning mixologist, Darren Fallon, The Watch’s offerings include one-liter versions of their signature handcrafted cocktails perfect for up to five people to enjoy. Whether you’re looking to sip on our cocktails by the pool or in your next Zoom happy hour, The Watch’s to-go menu will help enhance your socially distanced summer experience.
The Watch’s food menu is also available for takeout and delivery through Uber Eats, Postmates and GrubHub. Enjoy signature dishes like The Watch Burger made with two patties of short rib and brisket served on a brioche bun, the Tomato & Watermelon Salad that is a harmonious balance of tangy and refreshing or the Shrimp Tacos topped with cabbage slaw and jalapeño aioli.
The Watch is currently open Monday through Thursday 4pm to 11pm, Friday 11am to 11pm, Saturday 7:30am to 11pm, and Sunday 7:30am to 9pm.
