Twin Rivers Capital Completes Sale of Family Dollar Store in North Charleston

Twin Rivers Capital, LLC recently completed the sale of a Family Dollar store at 2643 Spruill Avenue in North Charleston to 588 East Bay Street Charleston, LLC. The 8,320-SF store was developed by TRC and built by HJB Construction, also headquartered in Charleston. Family Dollar is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dollar Tree, a Fortune 200 Company which, combined with Family Dollar, operates more than 15,000 stores nationwide, making it the largest dollar-store chain in the U.S. by store count.
