Twin Rivers Capital, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Keith Mayfield and Leah Lake to its team. Mr. Mayfield joins TRC’s brokerage division as Broker Associate, and Ms. Lake joins the company’s Property Management division as a Property Manager.

Keith Mayfield has seven years of experience in residential property management and real estate prior to joining in the TRC team. During his career, he has focused on working with residential investment properties finding creative ways for investors to capitalize on the Charleston market whether it be through rising rents in growth areas or gaining equity in up-and-coming sections of the tri counties. He holds a SC real estate license and is currently working towards his CCIM designation.

Leah Lake has over six years of experience in property management. As a leasing professional, she worked her way up to managing multi-family communities in SC and GA. From there, she moved into managing single family homes and managed a large number of home portfolios throughout the Lowcountry. Prior to joining TRC, Leah was the Director of Property Management for Palmetto State Properties & Associates. She also has experience in assisting some of Charleston’s largest industries with corporate relocation.
