Rock Hill, SC – The City of Rock Hill announces the opening of the city’s new parking program at Decks A & B, University Center. Premium Parking is the new technology provider offering gateless digital parking solution to improve the current gated parking access & revenue control system.

The two gateless parking garages offer residents, visitors, and businesses convenient parking access to the locations at University Center, including the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center. The garage entrance will feature the latest digital occupancy signage from Parking Logix that denotes the number of parking spaces available to the public.
