Wellness Wednesday with Sarah J at Historic Rice Mill

CHARLESTON, S.C. (October 23, 2018) – The Historic Rice Mill is pleased to announce Wellness Wednesday. This event will take place the first Wednesday of every month at the Historic Rice Mill and will include an hour long yoga class led by local certified yoga teacher, Sarah J. Check-in will start at 5:30pm and yoga will be 5:45-6:45pm. The yoga class will be followed with healthy snacks from Good Food Catering and attendees will also be able to purchase happy hour drink specials from the bar.

“We are excited to launch Wellness Wednesday at the Historic Rice Mill. We hope this event will encourage the community to come out and do yoga with us as we make new friends, relax, enjoy the sunset over the marina, and get fit together!” shares Lead Sales Manager Jenna Tito.

Tickets are now available for $10 per class and all ages and skill levels are welcome for these dates:

· December 5, 2018

· January 2, 2019
