CHARLESTON, SC (May 5, 2021) - White Point announced that Interior Elements is the first tenant to sign a lease at The Quin, White Point’s newest Charleston development encompassing 110,000 square feet of office and retail space. Interior Elements, the Southeast’s largest contract furniture dealer, will open an office and showroom at The Quin.
“We are pleased to officially open the doors of The Quin and welcome Interior Elements as our first tenant,” says Jay Levell, co-founder of White Point. “We are excited for their team, and look forward to further announcements in the next several weeks.”
The Quin’s tenants will enjoy modern design elements, views of the Cooper River and Ravenel Bridge, and 5,000 square feet of outdoor recreational space, featuring a ping pong table, putting green, ping pong table, outdoor seating, and extensive landscaping–an homage to the site’s past as Belvidere Golf Links.
The Quin’s location on Algonquin Road at Meeting Street in Charleston’s burgeoning NoMo neighborhood is just a walk, bike ride, or a quick drive to the Upper Peninsula’s many breweries and restaurants, including Edmund’s Oast, Butcher & Bee, Lewis Barbecue, and Fatty’s Beer Works. Additionally, the location offers easy access to Downtown Charleston, North Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, and West Ashley. Other amenities include on-site parking (surface and garage), complimentary WiFi in common areas, andpublic art.
The completion of The Quin marks the end of the first phase of White Point’s development on Algonquin Road. White Point has purchased the 5.6 acre lot across the street, the current site of a Pepsi distribution plant, and envisions a vibrant campus of apartments, office, and food & beverage with 2nd level/rooftop patios. White Point will begin Phase II development when Pepsi vacates the site.
