Charleston, South Carolina — The Winkler Group, headquartered in Charleston, expands its senior leadership team to accommodate unprecedented growth.
Bryan Steros joins the Winkler Group as Senior Managing Consultant with 20 years of fundraising experience specializing in higher education and nonprofit organizations. The former Interim Vice President for Philanthropy and Senior Director of Philanthropy at Coastal Carolina University, Steros oversaw an endowment campaign that raised more than $30 million.
“Bryan joins the Winkler Group at an exciting time,” states Principal and President Jim Bush. “We are seeing record growth, but we are also refining the way we serve our clients. Bryan brings extensive experience leading teams and exemplifies our core values of exceptional service. We’re thrilled he’s joined our team.”
Steros earned his B.S. from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an M.B.A. from Fordham University. He is based in the Winkler Group’s Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, office and serves as a board member of the Long Bay Symphony.
Alex Reardon was promoted to Senior Managing Consultant. In this new role, Alex will continue to serve as lead counsel while also working to oversee and implement best practices across client projects. Prior to joining the Winkler Group in 2021, Reardon was Chief Development Officer for Thompson Child & Family Focus in Charlotte. Reardon is a graduate of North Carolina State University and holds a CFRE certification.
